Online therapy, anywhere in California
You don't have to be in Irvine to work with me. I see individuals and couples by secure video anywhere in California — the same evidence-based therapy, from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Telehealth is therapy by secure video — the same work I do in person, in a session that meets you where you are. If you're physically located in California, we can work together, whether you're in Orange County or anywhere else in the state.
For a lot of people, telehealth isn't a compromise — it's what makes therapy possible. No commute, no waiting room, no rearranging your whole day around a 50-minute session. You log in from home, your office, or wherever you can find a private hour, and we get to work.
And it holds up. For most of what brings people to therapy, video sessions are as effective as meeting in person. What matters far more than the format is the fit between us, and whether the work is actually helping — something we'll pay attention to together no matter how we meet.
Simple to start.
Start with a free 15-minute video or phone call. We talk through what's bringing you in and whether we're a good fit — no pressure, no commitment.
Sessions run on a private, secure video platform. You'll get a link before each appointment — nothing to install, no complicated setup.
Find a quiet spot where you won't be overheard, log in, and we begin. The same depth of work as sitting together in my office.
Less than you'd think.
- A private space where you won't be interrupted or overheard
- A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- To be physically in California during our session
Telehealth tends to fit people with full schedules, limited options nearby, health or mobility considerations, or anyone who simply does deeper work from the comfort of their own space.
For couples, you can be together in one room or in two different locations — whatever the week allows.
Licensed in California, available statewide.
I work with clients by telehealth throughout California. Because I'm licensed in the state, we can meet as long as you're physically in California during our sessions — a standard requirement for online therapy.
Prefer to meet face-to-face? If you're near Irvine, in-person sessions are available at 6 Venture, Suite 340. Read more about how I work, or explore the specialties and methods I use.
Therapy that meets you where you are.

Is online therapy as effective as meeting in person?
For most concerns, yes. The research consistently finds video therapy to be as effective as in-person work. What matters far more than the format is the fit between you and your therapist, and whether the work is actually helping. We'll keep an eye on that together either way.
Do I have to live in California?
You need to be physically located in California during our sessions, because that's where I'm licensed. Where you live the rest of the time matters less than where you are when we meet — so a work trip or a move can change things, and we'll plan around it.
What do I need for a session?
A private space where you won't be interrupted, a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. That's really all — no special equipment or software.
Is it private and secure?
Yes. Sessions run on a secure, private video platform, and everything we discuss is confidential, exactly as it would be in person. The main thing on your end is finding a space where you can speak freely without being overheard.
Can couples do telehealth?
Absolutely. You can join from the same room together, or from two different locations — and sometimes two locations is actually easier to schedule around busy lives. EFT works well over video.
What if I'd rather meet in person?
That option is here too. If you're near Irvine and prefer to meet face-to-face, in-person sessions are available at 6 Venture, Suite 340. Some people also mix the two depending on the week.
