Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your needs. Sometimes that means having a compassionate, thoughtful space to sort through what's on your mind, gain perspective, and discover solutions that feel right for you. Other times, it means taking a more structured approach with clear goals, progress tracking, and practical tools designed to help you create meaningful change.

Together, we'll decide what approach makes the most sense for your situation. We can slow down when deeper understanding is needed, become more focused and action-oriented when you're ready for change, and adjust course whenever necessary. My role is to help you feel understood while also helping you move toward the life, relationships, and emotional well-being you're looking for.

Whether you're in open conflict or quietly drifting — high-conflict dynamics, disconnection, distance, broken trust, or simply feeling like roommates. Creating space for both partners to be heard and rekindle connection.

Habits & Addictions

Patterns you understand but can't seem to break: substance use, alcohol, pornography, screens, food, procrastination, and more. Identify what's driving the habit, and change it using the 3 key types of tools.

Stress & Life Transitions

Work pressure, career stress, relationship strain, divorce, grief, parenting challenges, and major life changes. Building emotional regulation and clarity when the load gets heavy and the path forward isn't clear.

OCD Treatment

Intrusive thoughts and compulsive patterns that interfere with daily life. Specialized treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) — two evidence-based approaches specifically designed for OCD.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing with Feeling Good Institute in Irvine, California. I see individuals and couples in person across Orange County, and via telehealth throughout California.

My focus is on understanding your story, helping you uncover your patterns, and finding the right tools that will help you feel better, more connected to yourself and others, and move forward with confidence.

I'm a Level 3 TEAM-CBT certified clinician, a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), and a member of the Orange County Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (OCCEFT). I'm also a Certified Nutritionist which allows me to better understand how diet and lifestyle choices interact with your mental health and wellbeing.
