Effective therapy.
Real change.
Compassionate, evidence-based work for anxiety, depression, stress, habits, OCD, and couples work, including high conflict dynamics, infidelity or other trust issues.
“You already know what's NOT working. Let's find out what works for YOU.”
Real change follows.
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your needs. Sometimes that means having a compassionate, thoughtful space to sort through what's on your mind, gain perspective, and discover solutions that feel right for you. Other times, it means taking a more structured approach with clear goals, progress tracking, and practical tools designed to help you create meaningful change.
Together, we'll decide what approach makes the most sense for your situation. We can slow down when deeper understanding is needed, become more focused and action-oriented when you're ready for change, and adjust course whenever necessary. My role is to help you feel understood while also helping you move toward the life, relationships, and emotional well-being you're looking for.
Anxious patterns, stress and avoidance, worry you can't turn off, social anxiety, panic, and the exhausting loop of overthinking. Building the concrete skills to interrupt the cycle — not just manage it — so anxiety stops running the show.
Persistent low mood, loss of motivation, and the flatness that makes even small tasks feel impossible. Whether it's situational depression, chronic low mood, or burnout, getting underneath what's driving it — and building a clear path forward.
Whether you're in open conflict or quietly drifting — high-conflict dynamics, disconnection, distance, broken trust, or simply feeling like roommates. Creating space for both partners to be heard and rekindle connection.
Patterns you understand but can't seem to break: substance use, alcohol, pornography, screens, food, procrastination, and more. Identify what's driving the habit, and change it using the 3 key types of tools.
Work pressure, career stress, relationship strain, divorce, grief, parenting challenges, and major life changes. Building emotional regulation and clarity when the load gets heavy and the path forward isn't clear.
Intrusive thoughts and compulsive patterns that interfere with daily life. Specialized treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) — two evidence-based approaches specifically designed for OCD.
